Are you an experienced Architect with a passion for luxury residential design? We are partnering with a prestigious Southwark-based architectural design studio, specialising in crafting luxurious homes. We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join their close-knit team.

Position Overview

As an Architect, you will lead an array of high-value residential projects, ranging from £1m to £5m in construction value. Working with autonomy and the support of a renowned designer, you will utilise your architectural design expertise to bring clients' dream homes to life, from material selection to on-site delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement designs for high-end residential projects ranging from the extensive remodelling of townhouses in prime-London locations to the beautiful refurbishment of characterful apartments.

• Collaborate with clients to transform their visions into functional, beautiful spaces.

• Oversee various project tasks, from concept design and planning to tender and on-site delivery.

• Utilise Vectorworks and SketchUp for design execution.

Requirements

• ARB Registered Architect status

• Demonstrated experience in architectural design, interior architecture, and project management, successfully delivering projects through RIBA work stages 1-5.

• Passion for high-quality residential architecture with experience delivering one to two similar projects through to completion.

• Strong design and technical drawing skills.

• Proficiency in Vectorworks and SketchUp.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to excel both independently and in a team.

• Aptitude for taking responsibility and delivering high-quality work.
