Position Overview
As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in delivering a 1600-unit residential project currently at stage 4. Your expertise in Revit software and experience in projects of similar size and scale will be essential in ensuring the successful completion of this significant undertaking.
Responsibilities
Utilise Revit software to develop and deliver detailed architectural designs for the multi-unit residential project
Collaborate with the project team to ensure the project meets the client's requirements and is delivered on time and within budget
Participate in design meetings and consultations, challenging norms and driving design decisions to achieve project targets
Contribute to the practice's commitment to sustainability, aiming for net-zero carbon and BREEAM Outstanding ratings
Requirements
Proficiency in Revit software
Experience in delivering residential projects of similar size and scale
Strong collaborative and communication skills
Commitment to sustainable design practices
