Position Overview

As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing unique and beautiful spaces that seamlessly blend with their surroundings. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life, incorporating sustainable choices and innovative living systems that reconnect people with nature. Your designs will be emotive, meaningful, and thoughtful, drawing inspiration from the natural world.

Responsibilities

• Design high-end residential projects, from concept to delivery

• Collaborate with clients to create their dream homes

• Select and specify materials that align with the studio's design philosophy

• Take the lead on various project tasks with support from the director

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, including townhouses, home combinations, and conversions

• Utilise Vectorworks and SketchUp software to create detailed designs

Requirements

• Proven experience in architectural design, interior architecture, and project management

• Proficiency in Vectorworks and SketchUp software

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and take the lead on project tasks

• Determination and focus to deliver high-quality work

• Self-motivated with a willingness to work both independently and in a team environment
