Position Overview

As an Architect, you will play a key role in the design and development of residential projects from concept to completion. Working closely with the project team, you will contribute to the creation of innovative and sustainable design solutions that are deeply rooted in their context. Your expertise in navigating UK building regulations and producing high-quality drawings will be instrumental in ensuring the success of each project.


Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of large-scale residential projects from concept to completion

  • Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and specifications

  • Navigate UK Building Regulations and produce tender and construction stage drawings to a high standard

  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure design excellence and adherence to project requirements

  • Assist in the coordination of projects with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders

  • Contribute to research and development initiatives to promote sustainable and innovative design solutions


Requirements

  • Qualified Architect with ARB registration or equivalent

  • Experience in UK-based architectural projects

  • Proficiency in Revit

  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning processes

  • Excellent design and communication skills, with a collaborative approach

  • Good technical drawing skills
