Position Overview
This prominent position places the Architect at the core of exciting projects, from commercial fit-outs to high-end residential designs. In addition to contributing to innovative design pitches, the successful professional will play a pivotal role in leading projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities
Steer the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for commercial fit-out and high-end residential projects
Establish effective collaborations with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate project feasibility and monitor progress
Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations and best practices to ensure knowledge-led design
Guide and support junior architects and interns within the team
Requirements
Demonstrable technical skills in architectural design, construction documentation, and project management
Proficient in AutoCAD
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to human-centric design and creating spaces that promote well-being
