Position Overview

This prominent position places the Architect at the core of exciting projects, from commercial fit-outs to high-end residential designs. In addition to contributing to innovative design pitches, the successful professional will play a pivotal role in leading projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Steer the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for commercial fit-out and high-end residential projects

• Establish effective collaborations with clients, contractors and other stakeholders

• Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate project feasibility and monitor progress

• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations and best practices to ensure knowledge-led design

• Guide and support junior architects and interns within the team

Requirements

• Demonstrable technical skills in architectural design, construction documentation, and project management

• Proficient in AutoCAD

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills

• A commitment to human-centric design and creating spaces that promote well-being
