Position Overview
As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the design and development of architectural projects across student accommodation and high-end leisure fit-out projects. You will collaborate with the project team to ensure innovative and well-considered design solutions, while preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and development of architectural projects across student accommodation and high-end leisure fit-out projects
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Collaborate with the project team to ensure innovative and well-considered design solutions
Participate in site visits and project meetings
Contribute to all stages of a project, from concept to completion
Requirements
Qualified Architect with ARB registration, ideally with 3+ years of post-qualification experience
Proven experience in managing multiple packages
Strong design and technical skills, including proficiency in relevant software such as Revit or Microstation
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
A passion for contemporary architecture and a commitment to innovative and sustainable design
