Position Overview

As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the studio's architectural projects, focusing on stages 4 and 5. You will collaborate with the team on technical detailing and construction documentation while contributing to the studio's ongoing research and development initiatives. Your work will directly impact the successful delivery of projects and the continuous growth of the studio's knowledge and skill set.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and production of architectural drawings for stages 4 and 5

• Contribute to the studio's research and development initiatives to enhance knowledge and skills

• Collaborate with the team on technical detailing and construction documentation

• Participate in site visits and support project coordination efforts

• Engage in independent research and collaboration to further the studio's expertise

Requirements

• Part II Architectural Assistant qualification

• Proficiency in Revit software

• Proven experience working on projects across stages 4 and 5

• Strong collaborative and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to conduct research and solve complex problems

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
