Their projects are predominantly located in Central London zones 1-2 and 95% of their projects are commissioned through repeat clients and client referrals, testament to their proven track record of delivering superb projects on time and to budget.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Experience running private and multi-unit, developer-led, high-end residential projects in London

  • Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations

  • Experience in running design team meetings

  • Ability to liaise and coordinate directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers

  • Experience across all the RIBA stages including producing quick feasibility studies and planning applications.

  • Previous experience using MicroStation beneficial but not essential

  • Strong technical and construction coordination skills

  • An interest in infusing historic architecture with innovative and appropriate contemporary interventions.

General Information & Perks

  • Working Hours: 0900–1800 (30 minutes flexible start and finish times) + no long working hours culture!

  • Holidays: 20 days + 8 days bank holiday (increasing by 1 day after 2 years employment)

  • Pension: standard company pension scheme

  • Bonus: 10-20% of basic salary bonus’ distributed annually subject to the company’s financial performance which is reviewed and reported regularly throughout the year.
