SOCIAL HOUSING & URBAN REGENERATION ARCHITECTS

HOXTON, £40-£48k

A progressive and vibrant practice at the forefront of urban regeneration, social housing and major community-led projects across London and the UK are looking for gifted and passionate Architects and Senior Architects to join their 90 strong team.


With multiple awards to their name, you will be working on significant, design-led projects that are geared towards positively contributing to and bettering the lives of many. Required Skills/Experience

  • ARB registered (or overseas equivalent)

  • Minimum of two years’ relevant UK experience working on housing projects

  • Experience working with local authorities

  • Experience and confidence working across RIBA Stages 3-7

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent knowledge of UK Planning and Building Regulations

  • Proficient in Revit

  • Strong technical skills

  • Excellent hand sketching

  • Positive and proactive attitude

  • Able to work well and effectively both as part of a larger team and independently
