We are looking for a recently qualified or soon to qualify Part 3 architect. with strong technical skills and extensive Revit knowledge and experience. Enscape experience or computer visualisation skills would be a plus. You would be working on a mixture of projects including the following: A major office refurbishment project currently on site working with Mace. This is a beautifully modern design in the heart of London with brilliant space planning and delivery programme.
They are also working on a the refurbishment of a large warehouse building and formerly recording studios in Islington, which is being converted to residential blocks. This particular project is at early feasibility stages and subject to client approval in May. It is likely to proceed through all RIBA stages of work and you would have the chance to be heavily involved in this project.
They also have a large, mixed-use office and PRS residential development. This project is at pre-app planning stage and likely to proceed to a full planning application in the next few months.
Aside from that, they have legacy projects around the UK and one in Japan, which when the Olympic get the go ahead will gain acute renown.
The business as a whole are built from three directors who have, between them over forty years of experience, in both architecture and interior design. As a business they have an enviable spread of projects across various sectors and countries. Boasting a small (12 people) but agile practice, they are adept at designing the very best utilising their knowledge of how to build a narrative from the context in which the building finds itself, brand and the prospective users.
Due to the cross disciplinary experience of the team (architecture and interior design) they are growing a reputation for keep the narrative consistent from exterior through in interiors) Conservation and environment impact is a key component of their thought process and as such all of their key commercial projects have achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ ratings and being net-zero carbon ready is at the forefront of our current work. They are pushing towards more retro-fit projects to minimise their carbon footprint.
