We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and outgoing part II Architectural Assistant to join a wonderful, medium-sized studio based in Shoreditch. The practice has a diverse portfolio of work across workplace, residential, education, retail and mixed-use projects. With frameworks with renowned companies including banks and leaders in technology, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of distinguished studio that truly invests in its people. You will have a breadth of projects to work on from large, exemplary buildings to smaller, design-led and quick turnaround projects for living, working and entertaining.
The vast majority of their work is UK based however, they do have various international projects including an exciting new-build residential project in Malta. The practice both designs and delivers and as such, you will have the opportunity to see through projects from the very initial stages of feasibility and all the way through to on-site completion.
To be considered for this position, you should have good working experience in Revit, an ability to both hand sketch and produce 3D models with excellent post-production skills, good knowledge of UK planning and building regulations, and some experience during RIBA Stage 4+ would be beneficial.
