A great architectural practice are looking for an experienced part 2 in the Hampstead area to join the team. They do not hire specifically for one project and instead have a number of project options that you might be working on (see project list below). Having written that, it is likely that you would be working on an invited and paid competition. We do not have the details as it is very confidential, however it should be noted they are not only hiring for this. Depending on your experience you could be working on the Nestle Project (see project on their website) which is a multi-unit residential project. Equally they also have a 300 unit residential project you might be working on which is at stage 1. Other projects include a large fit out project for the Office Group, a conference hall for one of the multiple liveries that they work with and possibly even a Synagogue. Essentially this practice continually win new projects of differing sector, typology and aesthetic.

The practice itself is known for superb design, regularly featured on dezeen and in the AJ and have multiple sector experience including commercial fit-out, cultural projects, livery halls, high-end residential, larger developer projects, and hospitality projects. The culture of the business is one of excellent design combined with a work-life balance, They do not encourage over time and instead work together to make sure that all members of the team support one another. They are based in a residential area with a lot of nice amenities as well as access to a large garden which is nice in the warmer moments, they engage in Friday BBQs and there are even private tennis courts that can be booked. As a business they use both Revit and AutoCAD. You will be trained on Revit if you do not have that experience and as such is of less importance. Current projects include: Large Scheme residential project at stage 4 going into stage 5 Another larger scheme residential project (300 units) at early stages A large fit-out project (very large) The re-design of what will be their third Synagogue Multiple livery halls with Royal Charter (salt trades, the saddlers, butchers etc), this includes their various assets (offices) as well as their ceremonial halls, the latter of which is very exciting The redesign and sprucing up of a famous central London shopping arcade
