Passivhaus Designer - An AJ100 practice is in need of an experienced Passivhaus Designer to join their team. This is an awesome role one where you will actively engaged in suprb larger scheme projects where you can apply genuine rigour to sustainability projects.

General - You should be able to carry out the technical development of the project, and lead and manage the design team and its delivery of design information on time and within budget, as appropriate. You will Undertake the Passivhaus Designer activities for the project in collaboration with the architectural and wider consultant team.

Design - Within the architectural design you will carry out the detail design within the framework of the project objectives including Passivhaus Certification, BIM modelling, drawing production and site duties for the project in line with the agreed architectural scope. You should feel comfortable in ensuring project design development and implementation are in accordance with practice design standards and including the co-ordination and integration of all internal or external consultant design or relevant information input

Technical - You must be able to contribute to projects using your knowledge of Passivhaus skills and approaches both to the individual projects and office as a whole. You need to have the ability to produce coherent and well-resolved architectural designs

Qualifications - You MUST be a Certified Passivhaus Designer

You MUST have experience of delivering at least one Passivhaus Certified project within an architectural team

You MUST be a Qualified Architect or equivalent
