We have a brilliant opportunity for a proactive Office Coordinator to join a super busy and exciting architecture and design studio.

Now, they have an opportunity for a driven and outgoing office co-ordinator to join their team. As Office Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of front of house and providing a high level of service both to the internal team, and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception: answering phones and greeting visitors, booking couriers, maintaining meeting room diary, preparing refreshments for internal and external meetings, ordering office supplies, maintaining accurate records of credit card use, managing office subscriptions, other ad-hoc duties as they arise.

  • Office Support: ensuring the general up-keep of the office, filing and archiving, organising staff events and socials, maintaining office attendance records.

  • Admin Support to Associate Directors: arranging travel and accommodation, liaising with suppliers, project document control, assisting with client presentations and document production.

Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience in similar role

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Highly professional

  • Organised and able to multi-task effectively

  • Works well under pressure

  • Strong team player

  • Experience with Mac, Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign is beneficial
