The firm’s work consists of 50% selective commissions with discerning private clients and 50% their own developments ranging from townhouses in Chelsea and Mayfair to luxury apartments and penthouses in prime London postcodes. This is a great opportunity for an inquisitive and diligent interior architect with excellent attention to detail and strong technical skills to have the opportunity to work for a developer whilst maintaining design variety through private commissions.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering bespoke joinery packages, bathroom and kitchen drawings and general arrangement plans with involvement in interior material selection (although not FF&E). Experience producing elevations, sections and detailed drawings for construction is a must. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp and Maxwell is highly desirable. The key attributes for this role is excellent technical skills with good problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills. You will have the opportunity to quickly develop and learn about multiple aspects of design and business in this role with full exposure to the client-side.

The company, founded in 2012 by two partners, is an intimate and vibrant multi-disciplinary team of project managers, financial advisors, investors, development managers and architects and interior designs. They offer complete solutions for all their projects combining interior design with architecture to ensure each project has an authentic identity with timeless character and understated luxury. They operate a flat team structure as a small and close-knit team working collaboratively and transparently. They are relaxed and flexible in terms of remote working arrangements and take the well-being of their staff seriously - discouraging a long working hours culture. They have a lovely work environment with exciting projects and inspiring ideas.

If you are interested in gaining exposure to how your designs and technical skills directly relate in business and practice, this is certainly not an opportunity you would want to miss!
