The studio, nestled in Kensington, has expertise across the interior design and architectural realms. They manage all their projects from design through to completion and always work on highly bespoke projects with multi-million pound budgets. The types of projects can be anything from a historic listed London townhouse, to contemporary villas, palatial manors or high-end apartments in the very hub of cities globally.
The role itself is to run and oversee all architectural and technical elements of projects. Whilst design is of utmost importance, equally important will be your ability to interpret a brief and respond with strong design solutions that will see a project through planning and up to delivery. Due to the projects having great value you should also feel a passion for producing superbly thought out detailing and not afraid to defend design decisions on site with contractors. Therefore, you will be responsible for the production of tender and construction drawing packages including the coordination of consultant information.
You will support the in-house Project Manager in the tendering process and management of the main contractor providing the contract administration and leading the RFI and shop drawing review process. You will have ample opportunity to support the Project Manager and Directors in successfully managing client relationships, so you should feel confident in your ability to manage expectations whilst at the same time, providing a highly personable and superlative service. All in all, this is an exceptional role for a passionate and ambitious project architect to work alongside a highly talented team on a number of highly prestigious projects.
Core hours are 9 am to 6 pm with an hour's lunch break to be taken between 12 noon and 2 pm.
To make the most of the English summer, they end the week early at 4.30 pm on Fridays in the Summer months of June, July and August.
Senior members of the team receive 25 days holiday, everyone else receives 21 days, all to be taken within the calendar year.

Subject to project workload, we close every year from Christmas to the first working day in the new year. This is in addition to your annual holiday allowance and averages to three to four days per year - call it your Christmas present from us!
