With an ever-expanding workload, they are ready to enter a new stage of growth and are seeking to hire an enthusiastic and skilled part II architectural assistant with 1+ years’ post part II experience in practice. This is an amazing opportunity to fast-track your development working closely with a small, intimate, and highly talented team across all RIBA stages from feasibility and planning to tender and construction, on a diverse range of notable projects. Each project begins with thorough research and an understanding of both the clients’ aspirations and the inherent qualities of each building defined by their given context. Whilst they do not boast an in-house design style as such, their portfolio shouts sophistication, minimalist elegance & beautifully intricate and appropriate details.

Required Skills/Experience

  • RIBA Part II qualification

  • One-year minimum post part II UK experience

  • Proficiency in Revit

  • Strong design sensibility with excellent communication skills

  • Previous high-spec, multi-unit residential or similar experience beneficial

  • Excellent knowledge of UK planning & building regulations

  • Good technical knowledge

  • Ability to convey ideas through hand-sketching

  • Excellent presentation and graphics skills

  • Ability to produce good visuals is beneficial

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken

  • Positive and proactive attitude

  • Able to work well and effectively both as part of a larger team and independently
