HOXTON, LONDON - £35K - £43K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
A practice based close to Hoxton (80 people) are looking for architects to join their team to work on social housing projects. The business focuses on large, community-led public housing and mixed-use projects. This is a great opportunity to be involved in projects focused on bettering lives and helping to build communities.
Projects that you might work on could include early stage master planning and feasibility studies. Perhaps most pressing is the need for architects to work on projects that are at the very beginning of a series of planning applications. This will be to work on public housing in a citywide context on community led projects, working with a local authority. It could be said that you will be helping a community regain its voice. You should have had experience working on large scheme planning applications.
Large scheme UK social housing experience with local authorities.
Excellent knowledge about housing regulations.
Good Revit knowledge
£35k-£43k (depending on experince)
