A practice that has been at the forefront of architecture design is looking for a New Business & Marketing Assistant/PA to join the team. This is a critical role since you will be the point of contact for clients and partners and a key contributor in the bidding process. A varied role you will also be involved in the marketing of their projects on many of their award winning competitions. There will also be an element of PA on an ad hoc basis.
You will be working very closely with the current new business coordinator who will help guide you in your first few months and you will gradually gain more responsibility. The type of person this will suit is someone who likes moving parts whilst maintain an element of calm! You should be able to communicate with all stakeholders both internally and externally and have a good grasp of email writing. You have to be someone that is proactive, if you see something that needs to be done, do it.
It would be highly advantageous if you have worked within the architectural or interior design industry. You absolutely should have some new business experience too.
In summary, the key responsibilities include; new business, marketing, graphic design and PA on an ad hoc basis. You should also be confident in InDesign.

Working hours - 9:00 - 5:30
