A super exciting multi-million pound developer responsible for a number of magnificent projects both in London and around the world has a rare and exciting opportunity for two architects with excellent planning experience and strong technical skills to join their 20 strong design team. You will be responsible for taking projects from feasibility and concept design stage to planning at which point, you will manage and coordinate the appointed executive architects during delivery to ensure design intent and that the project is delivered to the highest standards of design and quality.

The person joining the team must posses an excellent eye for design and appreciation for discrete details, rigorous technical skills and fundamentally important, excellent communication and coordination skills as you will be working with a range of disciplines. You must be fully proficient in Revit.

The developer boasts a fast growing portfolio of beautifully revitalised and repurposed prominent sites in key London locations. Their core focus is to redefine and create communities that provide co-working, living, commerce and leisure spaces that are designed to motivate collaboration and galvanise productivity. With an incredibly talented and growing team, unrivalled technology, and expert advisors and investors, they are determined to become the leader of the pack in their field. Whilst they had four business verticals (workplace, shared living, retail and F&B), they now have a fifth new vertical with the building of their first mixed-use Hotel in Covent Garden. This will be a landmark project for them and as such, it is essential that you have experience designing and building similar projects in London.

Required Skills/Experience

  • ARB registered (or overseas equivalent)

  • minimum 5 years’ relevant UK experience

  • design savvy with evident appreciation for sophisticated details, earthy materials and discrete elegance

  • experience of running complex mixed-use, commercial, residential and hospitality projects across all RIBA work-stages

  • excellent organisation and coordination skills

  • strong written and verbal communication skills

  • advanced revit user
