A vibrant and bustling studio located just around the corner from Oxford Street are entering a second round of growth and are looking for an experienced Project Architect to join their team of 40 with an opportunity to work on a key retro-fit commercial project in Old Street. As a practice, they continue to play their part in being as ethical and environmentally conscious as possible. The majority of their projects involve reimagining and reinvigorating beautiful but outdated buildings in the City.
There are a number of projects that you may be involved in including one that is currently at stage 4 and will be moving in to stage 5 in two weeks. The scheme is circa 100,000sqft comprising of grade A office space and includes major improvements to the ground floor retail spaces, office entrances and public realm. Other projects include a £75m mixed-use project (entering stage 1) which is a combination of public realm, hotel, commercial, refurb and extension in the heart of London. They have also been appointed on a £20m and £50m project in Kensington and the City, the former of which includes an incredible roof top terrace bar and lounge area. Naturally there are other projects at various stages.
Must be able to use REVIT
Experience in large mixed-use scale projects and commercial project experience highly beneficial
Good communication and coordination skills with experience liaising with clients, contractors and consultants
Ability to work well within a team and independently
Good attention to detail with dedication to achieving high quality standards
Experience mentoring and guiding team members
