An opportunity has arisen for a confident Administrator with an interest in architecture and design to join a wonderful studio located in a beautiful, state of the art studio overlooking the canal.

To join this boutique team of creative, the right person will have some proven administrative experience with excellent organisational and communication skills. A true generalist role, you will be responsible for coordinating the administrative functions of the business and supporting the Practice Manager and Head of Communications with general practice management, HR, financial and communications activities. Alongside ensuring the smooth running of the studio, you will also be involved with various marketing and social media activities. In this role, if you are ambitious, proactive and enjoy working in a team environment, you will never be short of opportunities to learn new skills and progress the responsibilities of your role.
Responding to and screening incoming calls and emails
Issue of monthly invoices
Marketing and social media activities
Admin procedures and Human Resources
Managing social events
Handling professional subscriptions
Maintaining and renewing insurances
Liaising with cleaning, printing, courier providers
Coordinating IT support, CPD’s and the supply of stationary and refreshments
Contribute content creation for new blogs and news items, sharing and scheduling social media content.

Outstanding organisation, administrative, time and people skills
Excellent communications skills, ability to liaise effectively at all levels
Fluent Microsoft Office package
Assertive, confident, and well organised with meticulous attention to detail
Professional, positive, delivering to a high-quality standard and the ability to work under pressure.
