Position Overview
As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring design integrity and adherence to client briefs. You will lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional development while managing superb cut and carve projects in central London, applying your expertise in sustainable design and intervention techniques to listed and heritage buildings.
Responsibilities

Manage superb cut and carve projects in central London, applying expertise in sustainable design and intervention techniques to listed and heritage buildings within the workplace arena
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
Contribute to the studio's design ethos and sustainability initiatives
Requirements
Architect with 0-3 years post Part III experience
Proven experience in delivering projects involving significant intervention and cut and carve to listed and heritage buildings in zones 1-2
Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
A passion for sustainable design and a commitment to continuous professional development
