This leading AJ Top 100 architectural practice is seeking a talented and passionate Design-led Architect to join their vibrant and ambitious London studio. Position Overview

As a front-end specialist design Architect, you will play a key role in transforming diverse sites into vibrant and inspiring architectural marvels, whether it's statement residential towers, transformative masterplans or luxury resorts in some of the world's most exciting locations, from up-and-coming expat locations to some of the world's go-to towns. Working collaboratively within a supportive and creative environment, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various R&D initiatives while honing your design skills and expertise to create winning competition pitches and design schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative design and development of diverse architectural projects in the UK and internationally

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

• Develop and present design concepts and solutions

• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and standards

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively

• Contribute to R&D initiatives and design competitions

Requirements

• Proven track record in leading medium to large-scale projects

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite

• Excellent graphic design and presentation skills 

• Excellent hand-drawing abilities with the experience using various design tools to be visions to life on paper and screen. 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Experience in large-scheme residential projects is advantageous
