We are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist/Technical Architect to join a leading architectural firm at the forefront of transforming urban living.

Responsibilities
As the Architectural Technologist/Technical Architect, you will have a pivotal role in coordinating consultant design teams and associated design subcontractors. Your responsibilities include:
Developing and executing design programs using BIM, 2D CAD, and traditional methods
Overseeing projects of varying scales, from small-scale builds to larger urban regeneration initiatives
Collaborating with internal teams to enhance project outcomes
Applying your technical expertise and creativity to turn design concepts into reality
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
Extensive experience in producing design programmes
Expertise in using BIM, 2D CAD, and traditional methods
Strong coordination skills with consultant design teams
Excellent Revit skills
A proven track record in delivering projects of all scales
