Responsibilities
As a Technician/Technologist, your key role will be focusing on stage 4-5 technical detail drawing using Revit. You will be chiefly involved in two large-scale residential projects, each comprising around 200 units. This role requires you to be a specialist in construction detailing with minimum supervision. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating technical detail drawings for large residential developments.
Managing, supporting, and coordinating the technical aspects of production work.
Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the seamless completion of projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Demonstrable expertise in Revit.
A minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar role.
Experience with pre-cast facades at stages 3 and 4 will be an added advantage.
