Position Overview

In this role, you will contribute your strong technical skills to a large life-science project. The project is currently moving from RIBA Stage 3 into Stage 4. Your experience in the commercial sector would be  vital to the team's success and will help fill a key gap in their current expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical designs for a large-scale life-science project.

• Produce detailed drawings and specifications using Revit.

• Contribute to the project's progression from RIBA Stage 3+ to 4.

• Collaborate with the wider project team to ensure quality.

• Apply your commercial project experience to the scheme.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect

• Excellent proficiency and practical experience using Revit.

• Experience on large-scale, new-build commercial projects.

• A background in office, lab, or life-science schemes is ideal.

• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and standards.
