Responsibilities

• As a vital contributor, lead and coordinate intricate stages (1+ through 4) of a high-profile Town Hall mixed-use scheme in the Middle East ensuring precision and innovation at every turn.

• Relied upon as the associate’s right-hand, manage the project team with finesse and astute attention to detail.

• Manage client relationships and collaborate effectively with consultants and partners to maintain the firm’s sterling reputation for excellence.

• Oversee the transition to a Construction Management Team (CMT) position with local architects, safeguarding project integrity and success.

• Some travel may be necessary, allowing for hands-on project involvement and team synergy.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Revit is non-negotiable – your expertise will underpin vital aspects of project delivery.

• Experience in coordination is critical – you’re adept at ensuring all teams and contributors work harmoniously.

• Commercial experience and knowledge of urban regeneration are much appreciated.

• Being detail-oriented, you’ll need to demonstrate project leadership, especially in your capacity to support the project’s associate.

• The ability to commence by mid-end January will be advantageous.
