Responsibilities

As a Senior Architect/ Associate, you will be pivotal in leading a 300-unit mixed-use scheme based in North London. This project is currently at stage 3.  You will have the opportunity to provide strategic leadership to a 5-member team, coordinating effectively to ensure successful project delivery. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading detailed architectural design and co-ordination from inception through to completion

• Driving a strong team ethic, enforcing collaborative working practices

• Engaging with complex construction requirements and client needs

• Showcasing strong residential design intelligence

Requirements

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• A minimum of 6 years experience post RIBA Part III

• Extensive experience in multi-unit residential schemes

• Exceptional Revit proficiency,

• Working knowledge of Enscape would be advantageous

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Confidence in client and contractor-facing roles
