This AJ100 architectural practice is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead innovative regeneration projects in London. Join their mission to create vibrant, sustainable neighbourhoods through people-first placemaking.
Position Overview
As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality architectural projects that align with the practice's vision for regeneration and social sustainability. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will drive innovative designs that enhance both social and commercial value
Responsibilities
Spearhead the delivery of regeneration and placemaking projects
Foster collaboration within multidisciplinary teams to achieve design excellence
Mentor and guide junior architects, nurturing professional growth
Engage stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into effective solutions
Ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout stages 3-7
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of post-Part III experience in the UK
Proven expertise in RIBA Stages 3 to 7
Strong knowledge of commercial and residential architecture
Recent experience working on London-based projects
Comprehensive understanding of current and upcoming UK Building Regulations
Familiarity with NSS and LHDG standards
Proficiency in Revit and competence in detail design
Self-directed, organised, and proactive approach
