Position Overview

As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading and coaching teams on a diverse range of high-profile projects across the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Your expertise and creative vision will contribute to the studio's ambition of becoming a world-class architecture practice, transforming bold ideas into truly inspiring masterplans, buildings, and interiors.


Responsibilities

  • Act as project architect on complex projects, reporting directly to Associates or Partners

  • Mentor and lead teams and collaborators, fostering an enthusiastic, collaborative, and innovative approach

  • Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills with an eye for detail

  • Utilise creative and technical skills, including hand drawing and digital proficiency, to encourage creative agility throughout all stages of work

  • Work across different typologies both in the UK and abroad, with a passion for adaptive reuse in the UK

  • Proficiently use Revit, BIM, Enscape, and NBS Chorus


Requirements

  • RIBA Part 3 qualification / ARB registration

  • Experience in leadership roles or as project architect on complex projects

  • Strong working knowledge of Revit, BIM, Enscape, and NBS Chorus

  • Flair for design and experience working on high-quality projects, evidenced by a beautiful portfolio of work

  • Ability to demonstrate how you would contribute to the studio's design ethos
