Responsibilities

In this Senior Architect role, you will be entrusted with leading a dedicated team of two, marking your architectural prowess on the face of both London and France. Your work will shape the landscapes of the future, you will:

• Oversee high-end residential projects from start through to completion

• Handle contract administration and client liaisons

• Organise and conduct effective planning meetings

• Navigate the dynamic landscape of architecture, contributing to projects that span from urban regeneration to master planning

• Manage a briliant team of two and design stunning houses.

Requirements

We're looking for an innovator and a creative mind with the following qualifications and skills:

• ARB Registered with 3-5 years post Part 4 years' post part II experience in practice

• Experience in high-end residential planning and delivery preferable

• Exposure to working with listed building

• Fluency in French (desirable but not essential)

• Should have some knowledge of Revit or at least be keen to learn

• Proactive attitude with excellent team working skills and strong attention to detail

• Strong presentation skills with strong design sensisibility.
