Position Overview

As Senior Architect, you will oversee not only architectural projects but also liasie  closley with the interior design team. The blended appraoch to deisgn from inception through completion, ensures design integrity and alignment with project goals. 


You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and programmes, and develop client relationships throughout all project stages. This role offers the chance to shape thoughtful, refined design solutions whilst contributing to the practice's vision of world-class, collaborative and innovative architecture.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration, creativity and professional development across architecture and interiors

  • Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring design integrity and alignment with project objectives

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers throughout all project stages

  • Manage project budgets, programmes and deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

  • Contribute to architectural and interior design concept development, shaping refined solutions aligned with studio values


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Architect with demonstrated leadership and project management skills

  • Strong design and technical abilities with proficiency in relevant architectural software such as Revit

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively within multidisciplinary teams

  • Comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations and planning processes

  • Passion for design excellence and commitment to sustainable and innovative architectural solutions
