Position Overview

As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of five in the delivery of a 300-unit residential scheme in London. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a project that embodies the practice's commitment to creating enduring places, spaces, and buildings designed with the quality, adaptability, and longevity needed for them to be enjoyed by current and future generations.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of five in the delivery of a 300-unit residential scheme in London

  • Oversee the technical design and coordination of the project from Work Stage 03 onwards

  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment

  • Contribute to the practice's ongoing commitment to sustainability and contextual design


Requirements

  • RIBA Part III qualification or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience

  • Proven track record in delivering multi-unit residential schemes from inception through to completion

  • Proficiency in Revit (BIM Level 2 preferred) and Enscape

  • Excellent design, technical, detailing, and specification knowledge

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident, approachable, and a strong team player

  • Comfortable and confident in both client-facing and contractor-facing roles
