Company Overview:

Our client is an esteemed specialist in bespoke, high-end residential work both locally and internationally for over four decades. With a brilliant 22-strong team of architects and designers, they have built a renowned reputation for handling the world’s most prestigious high-end residential projects from exclusive, one-off private residences to striking apartments in prime locations. Passionate about its people, the firm not only ensures excellent work-life balance but also fosters an environment that fuels creativity and professional growth.

As a key member of the team, you will stride confidently at the helm of one of the firm's largest projects – a super-prime residential refurbishment in the heart of London's prime district. Your role will involve:

  • Taking an assertive role in every project stage from inception to completion overseeing the project's successful development and delivery.

  • Manage and inspire an exceptional in-house team along with external consultants to ensure the flawless execution of plans.

  • Oversee project development, ensuring creative and technical requirements are seamlessly synced.

  • Drive the vision and the delivery of bespoke design solutions, fulfilling unique client briefs.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years post Part III experience in professional practice (within the UK).

  • Experience managing high-end luxury residential/Hotel projects with a contract value of circa £5 million upwards.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

  • Excellent hand-drawing/sketching skills.

  • Proven track record of running a project from stages 1 – 7.

  • Strong all-round management skills and ability to lead a small team.

  • Confidence in liaising with contractors and external consultants.

Our client offers a host of benefits designed to make their staff feel valued:

  • Enjoy a stable work-life balance with a 5-day work week in a supportive office setting.

  • Experience growth with increasing annual leave allowances and performance-based bonuses.

  • Benefit from regular company outings, including summer picnics, Christmas celebrations and trips to renowned architectural sites.

With a reputation built on excellence and a passion for their people, this practice offers a refreshing change to the hard grind often experienced in this sector. They believe success isn’t just in their innovative designs but more importantly, in their people.
