We have an exciting opportunity with our client, a creative architectural firm, who is currently looking for a talented individual to join their close-knit team. The Position
As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or newly qualified Architect, you will primarily focus on a mixed-use project in Mayfair consisting of five buildings, incorporating office, retail, and hospitality elements. You will be responsible for demonstrating your expertise across all RIBA work stages, including design and technical knowledge. It is essential that you possess a proficient understanding of fire and life safety design in accordance with ARB guidelines, as well as sustainable design principles. Consistency in producing high-quality work, together with excellent graphic, written, and verbal presentation skills, will be crucial. For the right candidate, there may also be opportunities to oversee project management.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Revit
Experience working on similar mixed-use projects
Strong design and technical knowledge across all RIBA work stages
Competence in fire and life safety design according to ARB guidelines
Competence in sustainable design in line with ARB guidelines
Consistent production of work and excellent graphic, written and verbal presentation skills
