About the Role
Our client, a highly-acclaimed architectural practice, is looking for a talented Project Architect to join their vibrant studio in Holborn. With a strong focus on creating innovative, people-focused spaces, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious architect to contribute to projects that improve human connection and wellbeing.
As a Project Architect, you will be integral in leading design and development from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that your designs are sustainable, innovative, and aligned with both client needs and project goals. You will also have the chance to mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and supporting the studio’s ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of mixed-use, residential, commercial and leisure architectural projects, delivering high-quality outcomes that enhance human connection and wellbeing
Collaborate with diverse teams to create innovative, sustainable design solutions
Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and documentation to clients and stakeholders
Mentor junior team members, encouraging professional growth and a collaborative culture
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that projects meet specifications and standards
What We’re Looking For
RIBA Part 3 qualification (or equivalent) with strong architectural expertise
At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally with experience in the UK on commercial, mixed-use, large-scale residential projects or similar projects.
Proficiency in Revit essential, along with a keen eye for design detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for innovative, people-centered design
