Position Overview
You will play a key technical and delivery-focused role supporting a live residential scheme through detailed design, compliance and contractor coordination during a critical delivery period. This is an immediate requirement due to high RFI and delivery pressure through Q1. You'll work closely with the wider design team, consultants and contractors to maintain programme and quality, with potential to transition to an additional project from April onwards.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the production of detailed technical design information using Revit
Ensure compliance with current building regulations, including WS4/5 requirements
Update and coordinate technical packages with contractors and specialist consultants
Respond promptly and accurately to RFIs, helping to relieve delivery pressure
Liaise closely with the design team, consultants and contractors to maintain programme and quality
Assist with package architect responsibilities across residential schemes
Support the project as it progresses toward key delivery milestones
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years' post-qualification experience as an architect
Strong technical and delivery-stage experience
High proficiency in Revit
Solid understanding of UK building regulations and compliance-led design
Confident working directly with contractors and specialist subcontractors
Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
