Position Overview

You will play a key technical and delivery-focused role supporting a live residential scheme through detailed design, compliance and contractor coordination during a critical delivery period. This is an immediate requirement due to high RFI and delivery pressure through Q1. You'll work closely with the wider design team, consultants and contractors to maintain programme and quality, with potential to transition to an additional project from April onwards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the production of detailed technical design information using Revit

  • Ensure compliance with current building regulations, including WS4/5 requirements

  • Update and coordinate technical packages with contractors and specialist consultants

  • Respond promptly and accurately to RFIs, helping to relieve delivery pressure

  • Liaise closely with the design team, consultants and contractors to maintain programme and quality

  • Assist with package architect responsibilities across residential schemes

  • Support the project as it progresses toward key delivery milestones

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years' post-qualification experience as an architect

  • Strong technical and delivery-stage experience

  • High proficiency in Revit

  • Solid understanding of UK building regulations and compliance-led design

  • Confident working directly with contractors and specialist subcontractors

  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Benefits

  • Discretionary bonus

  • Complimentary holidays during Christmas shut-down

  • Fortnightly team lunches, socials and annual office trip

Alongside these benefits, you'll be immersed in a value-driven environment collaborating with a talented team driven by passion for contemporary architecture. The practice fosters genuine collaboration and creative thinking, where your technical expertise and delivery focus will be genuinely valued and supported.
