Position Overview

As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative architecture underpinned by pragmatism and a strong emphasis on results. Working closely with the studio directors, you will be exposed to all aspects of projects, including conceptual design thinking, creative strategy, design decisions, client management, project management, and public relations. This position offers the exciting opportunity to work on projects both in the UK and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a talented team to deliver design-led projects from conception to on-site implementation

• Receive guidance on technical and practical design delivery to ensure successful project outcomes

• Contribute to conceptual design thinking, creative strategy, and design decisions

• Engage in client management, project management, and public relations activities

• Work closely with studio directors and be exposed to all aspects of projects

• Deliver innovative architecture underpinned by pragmatism and a strong emphasis on results

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design capability and attention to detail

• Excellent organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication

• In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations

• Extensive site experience in implementing high-end projects

• Proven experience in project management and contract administration

• Adaptability and quick learning ability

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
