Position Overview
As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing architectural projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for developing detailed design proposals, technical drawings, and specifications for the refurbishment and adaptation of existing period properties, ensuring design excellence and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
Develop detailed design proposals, technical drawings, and specifications
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and project delivery
Ensure projects comply with relevant building regulations, planning policies, and industry best practices
Contribute to the studio's design ethos and participate in team meetings and design reviews
Work on hotels, member bars, and high-end residential houses
Requirements
RIBA/ARB Architect with UK experience
Proven experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning processes
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
