Our client, a boutique architectural practice specialising in luxury residential projects across the UK and internationally, is seeking a talented Project Architect to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect to work closely with the founder on prestigious projects and contribute to the practice's continued success.

Position Overview

As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of the practice's high-end residential projects, both in the UK and internationally. You will take ownership of projects, managing complex architectural tasks, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring seamless project delivery while maintaining the practice's high design quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-end residential projects from concept to completion

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal team members to ensure project success

• Produce detailed design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient delivery

• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment

• Contribute to the practice's design excellence and innovative approach

Requirements

• Significant experience in high-end residential architecture

• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently

• Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members

• Proficiency in Revit (self-taught or professional experience)

• Strong project management skills and effective communication abilities

• RIBA Part III qualification or equivalent
