Our client, a boutique architecture and design studio based in London's Mayfair, has quickly gained recognition for delivering exceptional high-end residential projects. Known for their creativity and attention to detail, they specialise in both Grade II listed buildings and luxury new-builds, with a growing portfolio in the UK and internationally.

Following significant commissions and a strategic partnership with a developer-investor, the company is entering an exciting phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity for a talented Project Architect to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team at the forefront of high-end architecture.

Position Overview

As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of the practice's high-end residential projects, both in the UK and internationally. You will take ownership of projects, managing complex architectural tasks, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring seamless project delivery while maintaining the practice's high design quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of prime residential projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions

• Prepare and present concept designs, planning applications, and detailed design packages

• Coordinate with the project team, including contractors, engineers, and consultants

• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, planning policies, and industry standards

Requirements

• Significant experience in high-end residential architecture

• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently

• Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members

• Proficiency in Revit (self-taught or professional experience)

• Strong project management skills and effective communication abilities

• RIBA Part III qualification or equivalent
