Position Overview

As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing architectural projects from concept through to completion. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that adhere to client requirements and the practice's commitment to creating distinctive, delightful, and memorable places.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead and oversee architectural projects from initial concept to final completion, ensuring design quality and alignment with client expectations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and consultants, to develop creative and sustainable design solutions

• Prepare and present design proposals and technical documentation to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications and regulations

• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development within the studio

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a project architect role, preferably within commercial fit-out projects

• Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Solid understanding of building regulations and construction methods

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team and engage with clients and stakeholders

• A commitment to sustainability and an understanding of regenerative design principles

• Passion for creating innovative and context-sensitive architecture
