We’re looking for a Project Architect who wants to take ownership of landmark London projects — from reimagining Victorian townhouses in Chelsea, to delivering a boutique hotel refurbishment, to shaping a flagship retail space for a global fashion brand.
This is a role where you’ll be trusted to lead projects across RIBA Stages 2–5, with direct client exposure, responsibility from design through delivery, and the chance to make your mark on some of the most prestigious addresses in the city.
Company Overview
This is a small, award-winning practice with a portfolio that balances heritage sensitivity and contemporary interventions. Their philosophy is rooted in creating architecture and interiors that are refined, timeless, and tailored — spaces that respect context while embracing modern needs.
Here, architecture and interiors are developed side by side. One day you might be working on bespoke detailing for a listed building, the next presenting new layouts to a hospitality client.
Responsibilities
Running projects through RIBA Stages 2–5.
Producing and coordinating AutoCAD drawings and technical packages.
Developing refined design solutions with strong technical detailing.
Leading presentations and meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Ensuring design ideas carry through from concept to interiors and final delivery.
Requirements
Part III qualified architect with experience in luxury residential or boutique hospitality projects.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and proven detailing ability.
Confident across RIBA 2–5, both design and technical delivery.
Strong client-facing and presentation skills; comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Experience with listed buildings is highly beneficial.
Collaborative, proactive, and keen to take ownership.
What's on Offer
Portfolio-defining projects in prime London locations.
Real ownership: run projects end-to-end in a practice where your contribution is visible.
Career growth with a clear path towards Senior/Associate level.
Work-life balance: 9:00–5:30 core hours, no long-hours culture.
Tight-knit team: around six people, supportive environment, directors who understand family life.
Discretionary bonus
