Position Overview

As an Architect, you will play a key role in contributing to the design and delivery of projects across various sectors. You will have the opportunity to work on significant interventions and cut and carve techniques applied to listed and heritage buildings, collaborating with a talented team to create distinctive and memorable spaces that respect the building's history while accommodating modern ways of living and working.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of projects across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors

  • Develop and present design proposals that incorporate sustainable practices and respect heritage considerations

  • Collaborate with the team on projects involving significant intervention and cut and carve techniques on listed and heritage buildings

  • Participate in industry talks and events to share knowledge and contribute to the wider architectural community

  • Contribute to all stages of design, from concept to completion


Requirements

  • Experience in listed building and heritage projects, particularly cut and carve interventions in zones 1-2

  • Proficiency in relevant architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Strong design and technical skills with a focus on sustainability and retrofit projects

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to professional development and knowledge sharing
