Position Overview
As Project Architect, you'll act as the day-to-day lead across RIBA Stages 0-4, managing design development, planning, and construction information. You'll coordinate consultants, liaise with clients and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards. This role also includes mentoring junior staff and supporting the practice's transition to Revit in 2026, making it an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills within a forward-thinking studio.
Responsibilities
Lead projects through RIBA Stages 0-4, managing design quality and project delivery
Coordinate consultants and manage information flow across multi-disciplinary teams
Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure clear communication and timely delivery
Develop planning applications and construction information to high technical standards
Mentor junior architectural staff, supporting their professional growth
Requirements
ARB registered Architect with typically 2-5 years post-Part III experience
Proficiency in Revit with initial experience using MicroStation
Strong technical knowledge and practical understanding of construction methods
Portfolio demonstrating well-resolved design work from a design-focused studio
