Responsibilities
In this Project Architect role, you will be a trusted and valued member contributing significantly to the phenomenal growth trajectory of the studio. You will be proactively involved in all aspects of project delivery, from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating consistently with the team, implementing innovative solutions for workplace projects of varying scales.
Nurturing professional relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring completion of projects within agreed timeframes.
Offering mentorship to more junior colleagues, contributing positively to the company's rich learning environment.
Requirements
If you have a keen eye for modern architecture and interiors and exceptional attention to detail, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Suite
Deep understanding of UK planning policies and building regulations
Experience in RIBA Work Stages 1-7
Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and creative disposition
Experience within the commercial and/or residential sectors is essential
Previous experience with Revit would be advantageous but not a prerequisite.
