Responsibilities
As a Part II/Newly Qualified Architect, you will play a vital role in the execution of residential projects, focusing on high-quality, bespoke designs. Your contribution will directly influence how residential spaces, of varied sizes and budgets, come to life. Primary responsibilities will include:
Preparing and developing drawings, models, images, and other technical design documents covering all RIBA stages
Engaging in client-facing and contractor-facing roles with confidence
Participating in regular creative review sessions and in-house training activities
Requirements
The successful candidate:
Will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ practice experience working at all RIBA stages
Must demonstrate strong design skills, including experience in detailed technical design and delivery
Must demonstrate excellent graphic skills and 3D design ability. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp (or similar) is required. Experience of Autocad and Revit will be advantageous
Should possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and be a confident team player
Should have previous experience working in a small to medium-sized practice specialising in residential or other high specification bespoke projects such as hotel/heritage
