Position Overview
As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the practice's senior architects in delivering high-quality residential and workplace projects. You will be involved in all phases of the design process, from concept development to project completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development of innovative architectural designs and solutions for residential and workplace projects
Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using Vectorworks and Rhino
Contribute to project coordination and communication with clients, contractors, and consultants
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and monitor progress
Support senior architects in all aspects of project delivery, ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction
Requirements
Part II Architectural Assistant qualification
Proven experience in residential projects
Proficiency in Vectorworks (desirable) and Rhino (highly beneficial)
Strong design and communication skills
Proactive and flexible approach to work
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
