An independent London-based studio, specialising in luxury residential property, architecture, and interior design, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their close-knit team.

Established in 2012, the studio has built a reputation for delivering authentic, timeless homes across some of London's most prestigious addresses. Their projects span the complete lifecycle — from acquisition through to design, development, and delivery — and include a carefully curated mix of private commissions and their own residential developments.

Now, with a growing portfolio and ambitious plans, they are looking for a marketing professional who can help define and communicate their story.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will lead all brand and marketing activities across digital, print, PR and events. Working closely with the leadership, design, and new business teams, you will build and maintain a brand presence that reflects the studio’s core values: craftsmanship, creativity, and considered luxury.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who combines strategic thinking with a meticulous eye for detail and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that grow brand awareness, enhance reputation, and support business development.

  • Lead and manage digital campaigns across website, SEO, paid media, social media and email, maintaining a consistent, high-quality presence.

  • Produce and oversee the creation of marketing materials, ensuring all communications align with the studio's brand tone and visual identity.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, including PR firms, photographers, web developers, and graphic designers.

  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, using insight and analysis to refine strategies.

  • Plan and deliver client events, project launches, and networking opportunities to strengthen industry presence.

  • Support the leadership team with award submissions, thought leadership pieces, and editorial opportunities.

  • Research and stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities within the luxury residential and design sectors.

About You

  • Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 4 years’ marketing experience, ideally within luxury residential property, architecture, interiors, or a related creative industry.

  • Strong digital marketing skills, with hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, CMS platforms (such as WordPress), social media management, and CRM tools.

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and relationships with minimal supervision.

  • A confident communicator with excellent writing, editing, and visual presentation skills.

  • Comfortable working both strategically and operationally — able to shift from high-level planning to day-to-day delivery.

  • A genuine interest in architecture, interiors, and the London property market.

The Studio

The studio takes a thoughtful, holistic approach to design, combining architecture and interiors to create homes with lasting character. Their multi-disciplinary team covers everything from project management and financial structuring to architectural detailing and bespoke interior design.

Recent projects include the development of a boutique collection of apartments in Knightsbridge, the reimagining of a listed townhouse in Belgravia, and the creation of a contemporary family home in Chelsea.

With a growing team and a pipeline of significant commissions and developments, this is a pivotal time to join.

Benefits

  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, with additional Christmas closure.

  • Flexible working hours (core hours 9am–6pm, with flexibility around business needs).

  • Hybrid working (up to 2 days remote per week, subject to project requirements).

  • Private healthcare (Simply Health Optimise Level 3 plan).

  • A relaxed, collaborative working environment with direct access to leadership.
