Responsibilities

In your role as Senior Architect, you'll be instrumental in executing various project stages, from feasibility studies on developer and domestic projects to job running through delivery. There will be numerous domestic and developer (6-60 units) residential projects, offering scope for great diversity. You'll also have the chance to make your mark nationally and internationally, working on adventure playgrounds and associated listed buildings.

• Run projects, dealing effectively with clients, contractors, and developers.

• You will have the chance to design and deliver wonderful project that have a positive social impact. 

• Evaluate feasibility studies on developer and domestic projects.

• Work on varied projects, including national and international projects.

Requirements

To excel, you must have experience with Revit. You should be an exprince senior architect who has aspirations to move up into Associate within 1-2 years. You should feel comfortable both running projects ans teams with both a hands on and "on the tools" ability.
